Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Associate to manage and guide new clients through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage onboarding processes and maintain client satisfaction
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones
Complete and update onboarding documentation and CRM systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree required; PMP Certification is a plus
Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment preferred
Familiarity with Taft-Hartley Funds is a plus
Demonstrated skills in implementation management and project management
