enhance user experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Emphasize user experience, interaction design, and UX research to
create high-quality outputs
Lead planning sessions, design reviews, and the production of UX
artifacts
Conduct usability research and refine designs based on analytics
insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a
related field; master's degree preferred
Advanced certifications in UX design, interaction design, or
usability testing
7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong
portfolio
Proven ability to lead user research and usability testing
initiatives
Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design
initiatives
