Job Description:
A company is looking for a Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation
Specialist for the WPS-HA Compact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monitoring and assessment of the WPS-HA Compact's
aspirational impacts
Implement a Results-Based Management approach within the Compact
Monitoring Framework
Coordinate and support evaluations and data collection with various
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in development-related disciplines, gender,
economics, statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating and implementing
complex monitoring frameworks
Experience in gender equality and human rights responsive
evaluation
Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Power BI or similar data
management software
Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN official language is
desirable
