Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academy Support Advisor to assist
students and families in navigating educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for students, families, and partnering
schools
Proactively engage with clients to improve student outcomes through
phone communication
Manage onboarding, training, and program assistance for clients and
families
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in education
or with middle and high school students, or equivalent
experience
Preferred experience working with at-risk students
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of
application within 14 days of hire
