Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Researcher to
develop advanced AI solutions for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, training, and evaluation of large language models
for healthcare-specific challenges
Integrate Human-in-the-Loop data to enhance model performance
through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Publish research findings to contribute to the advancement of AI
applications in healthcare
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience in machine learning or
related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in training and fine-tuning large language
models, particularly in healthcare
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep
learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
A track record of translating research into real-world applications
and writing production-ready code
Experience with cloud platforms and multi-GPU environments is
preferred
