Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a large content team, optimizing workflows for
efficiency
Manage day-to-day operations of the content team to ensure
high-quality output
Oversee affiliate revenue growth and collaborate with sales and
partnerships teams
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing digital
content teams
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and success in growing
revenue channels
Experience in optimizing workflows and improving processes in a
complex organization
At least 10 years of experience in managing content teams and
developing talent
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making and KPI tracking
