Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee
all aspects of Member Services and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of Member Advocates and Processors, focusing on
daily operations, staffing, and quality assurance
Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members while
handling escalated caller inquiries
Monitor workflow, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and internal policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits
Administration or a related industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is
preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
coach staff
Benefit Administration experience or a life and health license is a
plus
