Job Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
* Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
* Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
* Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
* Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
* All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in a related field is preferred
* At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is valuable
* Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
* Creative problem solver
* Organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
* Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
* Basic computer/keyboarding skills
* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
* Bilingual is a plus
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
