Job Description:
*Description:*
Technician will be supporting executive/leadership users at company
so will need to be very polished with the customer service
approach. Provide End User technical support in a fast paced
desktop support environment. Primary job function is to provide
general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair a range of
supported devices/systems and peripheral equipment throughout the
organization. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing,
maintaining and upgrading related hardware and software, while
ensuring optimal performance.
