Principal Compensation Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Compensation Analyst who will focus on Sales Compensation Strategy and executive compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Benchmark and set up sales and bonus structures for various teams
Assist in communications planning for Total Rewards messaging
Use data analysis to create business cases for change and competitive assessments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
10+ years of experience in Compensation Design, Benefits Design, or Sales Incentive Compensation Design
10+ years of analytic experience with data modeling for compensation and benefits
Experience in implementing and refining Total Rewards policies
CCP certification is a plus
