Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst (ACA Marketplace
Support) to assist stakeholders in navigating the Affordable Care
Act Health Insurance Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Advise stakeholders on ACA Marketplace processes and provide
technical support
Develop job aids, FAQs, and standard operating procedures based on
analysis and recommendations
Analyze data to improve stakeholder performance and provide
insights for process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or a related
field
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook)
Experience with Jira and Confluence desired
Customer Service or Helpdesk experience preferred
