Job Description:

Due to tremendous growth in our HVAC Department, Moyer Indoor Outdoor is looking for an organized, detail oriented Dispatcher for our Service Division. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is a problem solver and an excellent communicator to join our dispatch team at Moyer Indoor OutdoorAs an HVAC Dispatcher at Moyer, these are the essential duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and communicate daily work schedule for service technicians
• Learn and properly utilize software packages to maximize efficiency
• Troubleshoot and solve issues
• Must have an in depth knowledge of company services and procedures to determine customer requirements.
• Open and close accounts according to established procedures.
• Observe, convey, contribute to and enforce all company rules and regulations including housekeeping, safety and confidentiality of information.
• Be flexible and open to overtime as needed, especially during peak heating/cooling seasons

  • Demonstrated use of software programs
