• Certification Details
• Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required
• Must be AHA Provider Certification (Instructor card now acceptable); RQI Acceptable
• CL/CSS - please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in NOVA for Qualifying all Allied Professionals
• For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required
• For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable
• Non-Clinical: Required
• Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required
