Job Description:
The Receiver role is responsible for managing incoming
deliveries, ensuring product quality, freshness, and quantity.
Critical in maintaining an efficient inventory system, this role
requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational
skills, and knowledge of food safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries,
verifying accuracy, and reporting discrepancies. This involves
accurately updating inventory records, ensuring proper labeling,
storage, and organization of perishable and non-perishable items.
The Receiver must also coordinate with kitchen staff and management
to ensure timely reordering of stock and maintain a clean and
organized receiving area.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of receiving or
warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to
communicate effectively. Familiarity with food safety standards and
ability to lift heavy items are also required. A flexible schedule
and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are
essential.
