Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Dispatcher to coordinate
property management tasks and scheduling for on-the-ground
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work orders for occupied and vacant properties, coordinating
with residents and technicians
Schedule and follow up on home inspections and property management
tasks
Maintain electronic records related to repairs and maintenance and
coordinate with other departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience preferred
Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or
utility management preferred
Technical proficiency in Google Applications and Microsoft Office
Applications preferred
Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations as needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
