Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Analyst responsible for
managing accounts related to revenue recovery in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve and appeal assigned accounts, including writing appeals and
letters to insurance companies
Calculate expected claim reimbursement and maintain accurate
notations in the software system
Follow up on all appeals and claims within specified timeframes to
ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications and Training
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in
healthcare or finance is a plus
Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing
preferred
Familiarity with insurance processes and payer contracts
Proficient in using software systems for account management
Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and compliance requirements
