Global supplier that is heavily involved in the design, the
development and the manufacturing of batteries used in transport,
industry and defense is looking for a talented Contracts
Administrator to join its growing team in the Washington
DC/Baltimore area.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Interfacing with customers and government representatives for
proposals, contracts and other issues related to
customer/government requirements (property system, requests for
information, audits, etc.).
- Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime
contract customers autonomously.
- Reviewing, preparing, submitting and maintaining all
confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review, submit and
maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks,
copyrights, and licenses.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent
experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Administration or related
similar experience.
- Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal,
initiative, independence, confidence, learning mindset.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR.
- Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card.
This is a full-time Contracts Administrator position and is onsite
at company HQ's. The right candidate will have a degree in business
or contract administration. Our client is willing to relocate the
