Key Responsibilities
Improve and automate tools and processes for the Customer Success
team
Analyze data to monitor team performance and identify

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational
solutions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success
Operations
Experience managing a Customer Success Platform
Familiarity with Salesforce administration and workflows
Proficiency in middleware tools like Zapier for workflow
automation
Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with
teams
