Job Description:
CCDOM is a non-profit, social services agency with its mission,

The following information provides an overview of the skills,
qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Housing first approach and coupled with an integrated service model
to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Somerset,
Hunterdon and Warren Counties.
Rotating 24/7 coverage-Case management/conference with
CP&P.
Bachelor's Degree + 2 years' experience + Acceptable driving
history.
