Job Description:

Job Summary: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, support staff as needed, and ensure high standards of sanitation. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Retrieve and polish silverware, china, and glassware
  
• Prioritize and deliver polished items to dining and bar areas
  
• Inspect items for damage and notify management of shortages
  
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
  
• Sort and remove trash, and store delivered items
  
• Sweep and scrub floors, and conduct frequent cleaning and sanitation of high-risk areas
  
• Maintain sanitation log and use cleaning equipment and supplies properly
  
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies
  
• Wear protective equipment and follow new cleaning procedures
  
  
  Minimal Essential Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
    
  • Basic food handling and cleaning skills, and ability to communicate in English
    
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure, and active listening and comprehension skills
    
  • Ability to lift 20lbs and follow set standards
