Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across the United States to help them hire.About Our Client: Backed by industry veterans, our client is revolutionizing the $15TR Private Credit market with their innovative LLM platform, streamlining complex credit agreements.Position OverviewAs a Lead Product Designer, you will define and shape our product experience. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations partners to craft a long-term vision and roadmap of our product. You will own the entire design stack, including speccing projects, designing workflows, detailed interactions, and high-quality visuals.Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, define and design product features from start-to-finish
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations partners to iterate and drive solutions towards business outcomes
• Develop effective design solutions based on research, member insights, and industry best practices (across finance and tech)
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design intent through design specs and presentationsQualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in product design/UX roles
  • Strong design point of view and aesthetic
  • Strong expertise in Figma
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Track record for delivering end-to-end solutions from initial concepts to measurable outcomes
  • Experience presenting work and rationale to leaders and advocating for user needs in the context of business goals and technology requirements
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
