Job Description:
A company is looking for a Microsoft D365 F&O Managed
Services Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of high-quality support and service to
clients
Lead and mentor a team of D365 support specialists to ensure
operational excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing
relationships and resolving escalations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or
a related field
3+ years of experience in D365 F&O with strong knowledge of its
modules
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering
managed services
Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a
plus
Relevant Microsoft Certifications are preferred
