ACADEMY360 SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND SOCIAL WORKERS: Implement the goals and objectives for each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) who receives individual, paired, or group counselingLead in-class social skills groups to teach Spectrum360's Social Skills CurriculumProvide support and consultation to families, including facilitating and co-leading parent support groups Refer students and families to appropriate outside treating professionals, including psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, neurologists, etc.Together with a team of related services specialists, you foster the student's personal growth in cognitive, social/emotional, and language by implementing and following Individual Education Plan (IEP), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).QUALIFICATIONSMust hold NJ School Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist certificationDemonstrated Experience with ASD population and ABA, preferredDemonstrated knowledge of individual and group counseling, social skills training, consultation, parent support/training, and knowledge of the Individualized Education Plan development processStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAll candidates are required to complete a criminal history check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.Compensation details: 56600-90000 Yearly SalaryPI55c6a02a7b75-25660-36266581
