Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Lead to join their engineering
team and contribute to building a robust codebase while mentoring
engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and lead high-stakes engineering projects
Make key architecture decisions and conduct thorough code
reviews
Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and build the best
product possible
Required Qualifications
Currently a Tech Lead with deep engineering knowledge and people
skills
Senior+ level engineering knowledge, including software
architecture and deployment pipelines
Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring engineering
teams
Familiarity with management best practices like 1:1s and feedback
cycles
Experience with Python, Django, and React or similar frameworks
