Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Specialist, Assumptions to
provide exceptional customer service and assist with assumption
queries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service by addressing assumption
queries and resolving issues
Manage incoming calls and process assumption requests
efficiently
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the Loan
Origination System
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; some college or associate degree
preferred
Two to four years of experience in the mortgage industry
Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to interpret documents such as policy manuals and safety
rules
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and
percentages
