Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Specialist to build and
maintain relationships with enterprise clients and support their
operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and provide consultative support
throughout the onboarding and project lifecycle
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure
operational excellence and compliance
Report on enrollment statuses and facilitate program enhancements
to improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management,
customer service, or operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Experience with VMS, ATS, or background screening systems
preferred
