Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team

- Warmly Greet Guests: Provide a positive first impression by
warmly greeting guests upon arrival.
- Manage Reservations: Effectively manage reservations and
seating arrangements to ensure seamless transitions between
tables.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with the back
of house and serving staff to ensure smooth execution of guest
experiences.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional service to
guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Requirements:
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in New York City
hospitality service or similar experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and remain calm under
pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong
organizational abilities.Job Overview:
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee all aspects of the front desk
and reservations department.
- VIP Guest Experience: Provide special attention to key VIPs and
distinguished guests.
- Reservation Confirmation: Prepare and oversee the reservation
confirmation system.
- Menu Maintenance: Maintain menus to ensure their cleanliness
and accuracy.
- Staff Training: Participate in shift meetings and provide
continuous staff training to ensure that all staff maintain The
Hospitality Department standards.
