COPS Doughnuts is seeking a highly skilled Back of House Staff member to join our team. As a key player in our doughnut production process, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your dedication to operational excellence will ensure that every doughnut that leaves our kitchen meets our exacting expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain consistent production standards and collaborate closely with FOH and BOH manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Help motivate and support colleagues to achieve high standards, embodying our dedication to quality and excellence.
* Demonstrate expertise in doughnut production, effective waste management, inventory control, quality assurance, and cost management.
* Support onboarding and development programs to nurture a skilled and engaged BOH team.
* Uphold accountability for performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and upholding our bakery's standards.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of BOH experience.
* Previous experience in fast casual dining.
* Must be based in NYC and be a United States Resident or Visa Holder.
* Strong commitment to the quality of their work.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in POS systems, ordering and delivery platforms, and technical tools relevant to restaurant operations.
* Ability to work cleanly and efficiently, following recipes and techniques.
