Our Events Committee also plans leadership events throughout the year encouraging professional development and networking.Position Overview:We are looking for an Insurance Coverage Litigator with 25 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in first and/or thirdparty insurance coverage litigation with exposure to insurance defense matters as a plus. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Examining insurance claims and preparing coverage opinion letters.
• Drafting pleadings motions and other court documents.
• Responding to discovery requests and overseeing document production.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions.
• Providing detailed updates and reports to institutional clients.Qualifications:
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
  • 25 years of litigation experience ideally in insurance coverage litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
  • Membership to the New Jersey Bar and/or New York Bar is a plus but not required.Benefits:
