Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Inpatient Coding, Fully
Remote, Health Information Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inpatient, outpatient surgery, and outpatient coding and
reimbursement processes
Oversee a team of up to 75 FTEs to ensure compliance with coding
standards and account receivable goals
Ensure timely and accurate coding in accordance with CMS, OIG, and
organizational guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist certification
Knowledge of DRG, MSDRGs, APC, and ASC reimbursement
methodologies
Experience with ICD9 CM/PCS, ICD10 CM/PCS, and CPT4 coding
conventions
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
