Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hosting Services Onboarding
Specialist to join their Hosting Services Business Enablement
team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with business and technology teams to gather system
requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing
Onboard customers to Hosting Services from initial consultations to
ongoing support
Identify gaps in the onboarding process and contribute to
enhancements for optimized workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 4+ years of
relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience with public clouds such as Azure,
AWS, or Google
Professional certification in AWS or Azure
Strong foundational knowledge of cloud operating models,
networking, and security
Ability to develop relationships and obtain consensus among
stakeholders
