• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Assist in managing client accounts, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Support the senior account management team in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Benefits:
