A company is looking for a Shift Lead to provide leadership and guidance to support teams while delivering exceptional product support to customers.



Key Responsibilities

Lead daily activities of support teams and manage issue triaging
Track ticket progress, ensuring SLA compliance and root cause analysis
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and assist with team motivation


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience managing or leading a technical support team
Experience in a cloud environment or comparable industry
