Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Contract Adjuster to join
their Vehicle Service Contract team.
Key Responsibilities
Field incoming calls regarding low exposure, low complexity
mechanical breakdown claims
Determine applicable contractual coverage and negotiate costs and
labor hours for claims resolution
Provide technical support and communicate with service shops,
dealerships, and claimants to gather information
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of experience in the
automotive repair area, or
Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience in the automotive
repair area, or
Zurich approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree and
1+ years of experience in the automotive repair area
Customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
