Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with troubleshooting and training on software
features
Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer
issues
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in software support via phone, chat, or email
Experience in the recreation space, either personal or
professional
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior customer service experience
Availability for rotating emergency on-call schedule for
weekends
