Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant to join our remote team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with a solid understanding of integration points and best practices in discrete or process manufacturing industries.

Must Have Skills:

10+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in PP and QM modules.
Strong configuration and business process knowledge in SAP PP (Production Planning) - including MRP, Work Centers, Routings, BOM, Production Orders, and Shop Floor Control.
Strong configuration and business process experience in QM - including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Control processes.
Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC).
Experience or understanding of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
Prior experience working in offshore/remote environments with US-based teams.

Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP PP and QM modules according to client requirements.
Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide support for post-implementation issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Prepare documentation for configuration, processes, and end-user training.
