What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of customized manufacturing test solutions
from the ground up, making an immediate impact on our operations
and delivering value directly to end users.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including electrical,
mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to create intuitive,
high-quality, and efficient testing machinery.
- Be part of high-impact projects and take ownership of designing
and optimizing software solutions that drive real-world
improvements in our products.
- Work with a range of cutting-edge technologies throughout the
tester lifecycle, including Distributed Cloud Services, Desktop/Web
Applications, and various software development tools and languages
(C/C++/C#/.NET, SQL, Python, and more).
- Continuously improve our testing process by developing
algorithms, performing debugging and testing, and using agile
methodologies.
Technologies You'll Work With:
- Distributed Cloud Services
- Desktop and Web Applications
- Instrumentation and Measurement Devices (e.g., signal generators,
meters)
- C/C++/C#/.NET, SQL, Python
- Scaled Agile Software Methodology
Responsibilities:
- Define tester requirements alongside engineers from multiple
disciplines, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of software for
manufacturing test equipment.
- Develop and manage strategies for software verification and
validation.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of software
components.
- Participate in the software project lifecycle, including feature
estimation, prioritization, reviews, and demos.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Robotics.
- 5+ years of professional industry experience in software
development.
- Solid experience in developing manufacturing test equipment.
- A willingness to travel (up to 5%) for troubleshooting and
support at international facilities.
- A passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and
delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative
environment.
