Job Description:
Job Overview:The ServiceNow Developer II is responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining primarily our HRSD and
Onboarding modules of the ServiceNow platform to streamline and
optimize HR processes. This includes designing, coding,
troubleshooting, and maintaining applications. The Application
developer will do some project management and end-user support as
required.Ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology
to enhance HR operations and has a strong background in ServiceNow
HRSD. Candidate is problem solver, has excellent communication
skills, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment.Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor s degree in computer
science, computer engineering or programming or relevant work
experience2-3 years experience developing and operating ServiceNow
HRSD3-5 years experience developing and operating other ServiceNow
modules such as ITSMCurrently working in ServiceNow Utah or
laterKnowledge of HRSD and Onboarding workflowsUp-to-date knowledge
of different programming languages, such JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and
CSS.Knowledge of ITIL ProcessesKnowledge of SAML/SSO, REST APIs,
Microservices and other backend developmentWorking knowledge of
database systemsCertifications and Licenses:
ServiceNow Certified System
Administrator requiredServiceNow Developer Certification
preferredServiceNow HRSD or Onboarding Micro-Certifications
preferredEssential Functions:
Design, Develop, install, and
troubleshoot ServiceNow applicationsProvide technical insight in
designing and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to Service
Management and Human Resources standard methodologies along with
Onboarding workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to
identify and implement process improvements using ServiceNowAct as
a subject matter expert on all aspects of ServiceNow HRSD and
provide guidance to team members as neededEnsure data integrity and
security within the ServiceNow HRSD platformFoster a positive and
collaborative work environment within the HR team and across
departmentsIntegration development and maintenanceMonitor and
analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven
recommendations for process improvementsContinuously seek
opportunities to improve and optimize HR processes using ServiceNow
HRSDParticipate in training and development opportunities to
enhance skills and knowledge in ServiceNow HRSDAssist in training,
documentation, and overall supportIdentify bugs/defects and
