ABOUT THE ROLEPeloton Games Studio is looking for a creative developer for an upcoming workout game. You'll have a passion for creating prototypes and tools that assist in the vision of the game. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• The liaison between the art and engineer teams assisting in art and level design tool creation
• Overseeing art optimization - running profilers, identifying bottlenecks, tracking game (FTP) stability and working with project management and developers to scope solutions
• Creator of prototypes and code that demonstrate the art team's vision within a Unity 3D game engine
• Assistance in shader creation and optimization
• Create particle effects based on visual reference provided by the Art Director
• Assisting junior artist and creative developers - reviewing code, helping with problem solving and mentoring YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 7-10 years of experience in video game and/or interactive experiential experiences
  • A portfolio demonstrating prototypes and/or projects you have developed
  • Experience working in a game pipeline using Unity 3D, Unreal or equivalent
  • A self starter that can jump in and start running
  • Flexible in taking changes in direction while keeping a positive outlook
  • A curious mindset who's always asking questions and bringing new ideas and solutions to the table
  • Overseeing junior artist and/or creative developers
  • Familiar with source control services such as GitHub, SourceTree or Perforce
  • Experience working within Jira and an agile workflow
