Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success
Representative to take ownership of customer contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with designated customer accounts
Provide proactive strategies to ensure clients find value and
success with company tools/platform
Drive revenue through account retention, renewals, and upgrades
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
customer success or account management
Working knowledge of web applications and APIs with a passion for
learning new technologies
Proven ability to articulate the value of the company's
offerings
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and
self-manage workloads
