Job Description:

A company is looking for an EDI 837 Claims Developer to join a growing healthcare data management organization.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of 837 EDI claims processes, including corrections and error handling
Manipulate and integrate data from varied sources/formats, including flat files and databases
Ensure HIPAA compliance and optimize data flows from JSON outputs to the 837 format


Qualifications:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in healthcare claims and EDI transactions, particularly the 837 format
Strong expertise in healthcare claims, specifically with 837 EDI transactions
Knowledge of common EDI tools such as BizTalk, Informatica, Sterling, and/or Edifecs
Experience with claims correction processes and clearinghouse submissions
Ability to manipulate data across multiple formats and sources
