Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Employment and
Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Advise the People Team on employment law issues and manage related
projects
Handle litigation matters, including demand letters and
administrative charges
Monitor employment law changes and manage responses to subpoenas
and government requests
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar
3+ years of experience in employment law and litigation
Experience providing legal advice on US employment matters
Pre-litigation/litigation experience, including handling demand
letters
Bonus: Experience with international employment law issues
