Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various
human resources activities and serve as a point of contact for
employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level responses to employee questions on HR topics
such as payroll and benefits
Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate transaction
processing for employees
Support HR projects and provide operational reporting for
compliance and ad-hoc requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support
role
Prior experience in HR preferred with a strong desire to develop in
Human Resources
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and prior HRIS
experience a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with a high
level of interpersonal skills
