Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Lead to
manage talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top
talent
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee
experience
Partner with managers to provide HR support and improve employee
engagement and development
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR in a
startup or fast-growing environment
Strong experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding and
employee relations
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
