Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Talent Recruiter (Remote) to
manage executive hiring and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment cycle for senior and executive
roles
Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team and ensure
alignment with company objectives
Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR
management
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, including senior and
executive-level hiring
Strong leadership skills to guide and manage a recruitment team
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Proactive and solutions-driven mindset for recruitment
challenges
