Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payroll and Labor Compliance Manager responsible for overseeing payroll compliance and processes across multiple entities and employees.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor payroll operations for compliance with tax laws and labor regulations
Lead internal and external payroll audits and ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports
Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure payroll compliance with company policies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of experience in payroll management with a focus on compliance
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar payroll certification preferred
