Job Description:
Prepares a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and
vegetables on a grill or broiler, following established recipes and
standards. Requires understanding of kitchen operations, proper
food handling and sanitation practices, and excellent knife
skills.The Broiler Cook must work quickly and accurately to produce
high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Ensures all food is cooked
to the correct temperature and presented in an attractive
manner.
