• Majority of caseload is outpatient Thriving, healthy, and mature practice
• $450k to $500k depending on experience
• 100% supervision
• General OR cases include orthopedics, general surgery, urology, basic neuro, OB and limited peds
• 1:4 with post call off, no 2nd call
