OVERVIEW:
Home Care Aide Training Program:If you are a nurturing, caring,
compassionate person who is looking to make a difference -in
someone's life; the challenging and rewarding field of Home Care
and/or Hospice -may be for you. - Our program is designed to teach
you the skills needed to help clients who are in need of clinical
support. - The course consists of lecture and hands-on training in
a classroom setting, as well as a clinical portion after the class
is completed. - You will learn bathing, safely moving patients,
managing daily activities, nutrition, etc. - This class will
prepare you to work one-on-one with a patient in their home as a
certified Home Health Aide. -
SUMMARY OF JOB:
Our next upcoming class starts March 17th, 2025 -- WE ARE ACCEPTING
APPLICATIONS NOW!Classes are -held MONDAY-FRIDAY, and you must be
able to commit to the full 2 1/2 weeks for the class. THERE ARE NO
MAKE-UP CLASSES. - Must have a valid driver's license and have
reliable transportation due to transporting clients. -The Class and
Books are being offered free by Redeemer Home Care & Hospice......
-Must attend every day and on time as part of the curriculum for
class......Test will be given at the end of class and must pass to
be considered for a position,
