To learn more about our company and services, please visit us at PromptCare In-home Respiratory and InfusionJob Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilitiesJob Location: Reports to Westville, NJ and covers central and south JerseyRequirements:Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory SchoolMust have current RCP state licensure in the state inquiring employment and in good standingMust be willing to get cross-licensed in other states at the companys expenseMust have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance in good standingAt least 1 year experience as a working Respiratory Therapist is requiredExperience in the home care setting is highly desirableRRT certification requiredCurrent CPR- BLS certification requiredMust have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update notes and other documentation electronically in a timely mannerJob Responsibilities, included but not limited to:Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing timely and accurate information to ensure satisfactionDevelop good working relationships with referral sourcesPlan daily events efficiently, minimizing travel timeSchedule setups and follow-up visits per company policiesCoordinate patient discharges with RT Clinical LiaisonsTriage field problems according to company standards and training policiesEnsure accurate, timely documentation of patient concerns and corrective actionsApply PromptCares SOPs consistentlyMaintain compliance with laws, regulations, and SOPsFoster a culture of white glove serviceSubmit monthly travel expense reports promptlyHandle on-call responsibilities as neededPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen.
